In XR MCD pilots can be awarded for helping out during trainings and exams held in the division.
For participation in a training/exam, announced on the divisional forum, with the comment about the possibility to receive points for the corresponding awards, the pilot can report their legs to the designated section in the tours system.
Pilot Awards
Participating in trainings, a pilot can receive the Pilot Training Assistance Award
Until Jan 1 2021 10 points are needed. After Jan 1 2021 20 collected points are necessary to receive this award. 1 point may be collected per participation in a training/exam. Points for every training/exam sum up.
Apart from that, jointly with points for the Pilot Training Assistance Reward, legs may be reported for the Pilot Support Award. Again, a 1 point maximum can be achieved during a single training/exam. Points for every training/exam sum up.

ATC awards
Participating in trainings as adjacent positions, ATCs can receive the ATC Training Assistance Award .
For this award, 10 points are needed. 2 points may be collected for participation in a single training/exam given the ATC has been online. Points for every training/exam sum up.
